2️⃣ Prepare Crust: Mix Oreo crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
3️⃣ Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Mix in granulated sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, then beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in melted chocolate and cocoa powder until fully blended.
4️⃣ Bake Cheesecake: Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour.
