Gooey Cinnamon Toast Crunch Protein Cereal Bars
Ingredients:
8 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal
½ cup butter
16 oz marshmallows (1 large bag)
7 oz marshmallow fluff
¼ cup chocolate chips (optional, melted for drizzling – sugar-free works great!)
⅔ cup egg white vanilla protein powder (or 2 scoops whey protein)
Instructions:
Melt Butter & Marshmallows
Melt ½ cup butter in a large non-stick pot over low-medium heat. Add most of the 16 oz marshmallows, stirring continuously until they’re almost melted. Use a silicone spatula to prevent sticking.
Add Remaining Marshmallows & Protein Powder
Turn off the heat. Stir in the remaining marshmallows and the ⅔ cup egg white vanilla protein powder. Continue stirring until fully melted and smooth.
Mix in Cereal
Remove from heat and gently fold in the 8 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. Stir until each piece is evenly coated with the marshmallow mixture.
Layer the Mixture
Press half of the cereal mixture into a greased 8×8 pan. Top with the 7 oz marshmallow fluff, then gently press the remaining cereal mixture over the fluff.
Drizzle with Chocolate
Drizzle the top with melted chocolate chips for a sweet finishing touch.
Chill & Set
Let the bars chill until they set, then slice and enjoy
