White Chocolate Raspberry Dream Cake
🍰 Ingredients
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup milk
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup white chocolate, melted (for drizzle & batter)

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 loaf pan.
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla.
Combine flour mixture and milk, mixing until just combined.
Fold in raspberries and half of the melted white chocolate.
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 60-70 mins.
Cool, then drizzle with remaining chocolate and decorate with more raspberries.
