Cinnamon Swirl Cream Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar mixture (for topping)
Optional: ¼ cup melted white chocolate (for drizzle)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line muffin tin.
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Blend melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla separately.
Combine wet and dry ingredients—do not overmix!
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fill liners halfway with batter, add cream cheese, then top with more batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 18-20 mins or until golden.
Cool and drizzle with white chocolate if desired. Enjoy!
