1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
24 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup heavy cream
10 oz semi-sweet chocolate (melted)

Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into the pan’s bottom and chill.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
Mix in sour cream and heavy cream, then fold in melted chocolate.
Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 55-65 minutes, until set.
Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving π«π«π«
