Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake A Double Flavor Explosion!
Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake:
24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup strawberry puree
½ cup melted semi-sweet chocolate
Fresh strawberries (for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prep a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix crumbs and butter. Press into pan base and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream.
Divide batter in half. Blend strawberry puree in one and melted chocolate in the other.
Layer chocolate batter over crust, then gently pour strawberry batter on top.
Bake 55-60 mins. Cool, then chill 4 hours or overnight.
Garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy!
