– 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/4 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
– Whipped cream for topping
– Additional crushed cookies for garnish
