Decadent Peanut Butter & Oreo Ganache Cake

2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 cup peanut butter (for drizzling on top)

Mix the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the fridge.
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this layer over the Oreo crust.
Heat the heavy cream and pour it over the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth, creating the ganache.
Pour the ganache over the peanut butter layer and smooth it out.
Drizzle additional peanut butter over the top for decoration. Chill in the fridge for 3-4 hours before serving.π§π§
