For the Chocolate Cake:
250g all-purpose flour
75g unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
200g granulated sugar
200g brown sugar
2 large eggs
120ml vegetable oil
240ml buttermilk
2 tsp vanilla extract
240ml hot water
For the Oreo Frosting:
200g unsalted butter, softened
400g icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
200g crushed Oreos
2-3 tbsp milk
For Decoration:
Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Crushed Oreo cookies
M&Mβs

Bake the Cake:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, mix sugars, eggs, oil, buttermilk, and vanilla. Combine, then stir in hot water until smooth. Pour onto sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Make the Frosting:
Beat butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla, crushed Oreos, and milk. Mix until creamy.
Assemble the Roll Cake:
Once the cake cools, spread evenly with Oreo frosting. Roll it up tightly and place on a serving platter.
Decorate & Serve:
Top with Ferrero Rocher, crushed Oreos, and M&Mβs for the perfect finishing touch!
