Strawberry Cheesecake Delight, Creamy Dreamy
Ingredients
For the Crust
18 graham crackers (about 2 ½ cups crumbs)
2 tbsp granulated sugar
¼ tsp kosher salt
½ cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
3 (8 oz) cream cheese packs, softened
1 ½ cups granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
For Topping:
Fresh Strawberry Topping
Directions
Crust: Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill 10 mins.
Whip Cream: Beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Refrigerate.
Filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
Combine: Gently fold in the whipped cream. Spread evenly over the crust.
Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 2 days.
Top & Serve: Add strawberry sauce and extra graham crumbs. Enjoy!
