What happens in the video:
An elderly man holds a small open case in a busy airport terminal. A female employee approaches and gestures during a tense conversation. He looks down at the case and responds. Other travellers watch, and a suited man approaches towards the end. The contents of the case and the reason for the exchange are not clearly visible.

Arthur checked the case again.
The little item was still there, resting against the lining. He closed it, opened it once more, then heard someone addressing him.
“Sir, you need to keep this area clear.”
He looked around. While searching his pockets, he had stopped beside a busy entrance.
“I’m sorry. I’m trying to find the person meeting me.”
The employee pointed towards the arrivals barriers.
Arthur began explaining that he wasn’t waiting for a passenger. He was the passenger, and someone from his family had promised to collect him.
His phone had switched off.
The employee’s directions grew more insistent as people moved around them. Arthur grew quieter.
Then a suited man nearby stepped closer.
“Would it help to move to those seats and make a call?”
With Arthur’s agreement, they found somewhere out of the flow of travellers. The employee paused and listened properly.
Inside the case was a small brooch that had belonged to Arthur’s wife. He was bringing it to their granddaughter, who wanted to wear it at her graduation.
He had taken it out to check it was safe after someone bumped his bag.
“I’m not usually this muddled,” he said.
“You’ve had a long journey,” the employee replied.
She helped him find the telephone number written on his travel papers. His granddaughter answered almost immediately. She was waiting at another terminal entrance.
“I’ve been looking everywhere.”
“So have I,” Arthur said.
They agreed on a clear meeting point.
The employee apologised for assuming he simply needed to be moved along. Arthur accepted, though he told her that pointing across a large terminal had not helped him understand where to go.
“I’ll remember that.”
When his granddaughter arrived, she hurried towards him, then stopped short of knocking him over.
“You’ve got it?”
Arthur lifted the case.
“I checked often enough.”
At home, they opened it together. She recognised the brooch from old family photographs but had never held it.
The clasp was stiff. Arthur showed her how his wife used to fasten it without catching the fabric.
On graduation day, he sat near the front, watching for the small flash of colour on her gown.
Afterwards, she placed a photograph of them beside one of her grandmother wearing the brooch decades earlier.
Arthur studied the two pictures.
“She would have been very pleased.”
His granddaughter leaned against him.
“I wish she could have come.”
“So do I.”
They remained there for a moment, missing her together, before the rest of the family called them into another photograph.
This time, Arthur put the empty case safely away.
